I'm just so happy with how this song turned out. It's about my mother and her hometown of Lumsden, Saskatchewan, so it's close to me. With the amazing Michael Burnyeat recording and producing, as well as adding fiddle, mandolin and bass. The fiddle tune Sweet Nell at the end. I'm forever grateful.

Season Of Waiting

I'm a singer/songwriter and play guitar and banjo, as well as a few other instruments. I've dabbled in all genres of music, but always seem to come back to my folk and old-time roots. Some of the songs included here are 
originals and some are old time tunes, or just covers of songs I like. I play solo as well as in a trio with my friends Stuart (banjo), Mike (fiddle) and Kate (mandolin). I hope you enjoy the music!
