A Huge day for us at the Ready Mix HQ has just landed. We finally hit the 100th single release benchmark and would like to thank everyone who has followed and supported us over the past 14 years. 

And what better way for us to celebrate this milestone than bringing back a classic hit from the early 2000's and dedicate it in loving memory of Nkemdi Amadume's heavenly voice that actually sung it in collaboration with the legendary NYC Duo John Creamer & Stephane K.

This release will be split into 2 packs with Vol.1 containing (The Club Remixes) with remixes by the world renowned NYC DJ/Producer who has paved the way for so many of us Mr Angel Moraes from (Hot & Spycy New York and of course Club Stereo in Montreal) along with the Londoner and owner of Alola & SexOnWax Recordings Mr Omid 16B, the Canadian-Hungarian connection Beat Factory, Lonya & Roi Okev from the Cat & Dog parties, and the new comer who has already made a huge impact with his previous releases with us Mika Olson.

On Vol.2 (The Deep Remixes), you will find remixes by label boss-man BiG AL who collaborates with Omid 16B to deliver a summer masterpiece, the pack also included remixes by Harlem Knights, Addex, Prosis, Seraphine's new moniker The Noisy One and last but now least, another Canadian-Hungarian connection powered by Big AL & Levente Szabo aka The Suppliers.

For the release number 19, two tracks are remixed from the previous Addex Kultural EP. They are Alabama Slammer and Kultural tracks, reworked by the producers Santiago Santamaria from Argentina and Distant Relatives JHB from South Africa. The EP includes as the first track, also a Dub version for Kultural wich blends well with the release, having a dry and smooth feeling. Santiago puts in his remix a classic deep house chordline sound while Distant Relatives JHB combines the smooth sound but with heavyness into it and dark mood. Enjoy.

The next release is the second volume of Selection Box compilation including new artists like Domestic Sciene with his track Galactic Love, Darbinyan or Stavros Doussis and others who have been released before, Addex with the track Hostile, Rory Cochrane featuring Sanna Hartfield which delivers the vocal track Focus, La Rose and a more club track from Maax 52 in a collaboration with Genuine, named Slam Dunk.

Limitation Music release number 24 comes to an end of a trilogy from the first full ep by Ilias Katelanos ‘'That Jazz Thing''. Being Apart is the last track that is released with remixes, after the tracks Hammock Dreams and That Jazz Thing who had previously been released with remixes from the likes of Nikosf., Berny and George Theofanidis to Soul Minority and Ocean Gaya. The Being Apart release feature this time Addex, Savvas and Christoph Kardek to join the pack, last two mark the debut release on the label. Addex and Savvas remixes put the original into a mix of dub and deep house while the Christoph remix stays firm to the original sound, but brings to the surface more melody.

Ilias Katelanos & G. Dellis - Being Apart (Addex Remix)

After the original track has been released in the compilation Selection Box number 2, Focus will have two remixed releases on the label. This is the Part One and is having on remix board Dee Mac, Forteba and Addex wich besides his remix, provides a secondary chillout version. The Rory Cochrane and Sanna Hartfield collaboration is the first one on the label, while Rory has been involved before in a remix for a track by Maax 52 in September 2015. The Dee Mac and Forteba remixes are both driving and grooving, setting this number 25 release on a rhythm path.

Deep Site Vinylized return with a special 4 track V/A release for those late summer parties, Marc Cotterell opens thing up with the organ-powered garage infected Sunset Vibes. Synthesizer solos dominate the view while subtle Rhodes and B-3 phrases meander in the funky framework.Next up welcoming an old deep house favourite from Glasgow Calum Walker of Fresh and Low delivering the beautifully understated String Theory which builds like a cinematic theme tailor made for dance floors. 
Synths pulses and dramatic themes intermingle with subtle string lines laying boldly within driving rhythms.
The flip side brings a return to Deep Site for Addex who comes on smooth and strong with Blazing, utilizing solid drums and bubbling percussive edges.The synth pads build slowly in juxtaposition with the cloud stabs and analogue melodic flourishes.
Closing with Erotic Soul from Even Furtuna featuring The Writers Poet is a Chicago deep styled gem with its gorgeously stated poetry flowing through a bed of bass, organ, and builds.

Deep Site Recordings welcomes Dee Mac with two wicked new originals as well as remixes. “Do Your Thing” is an infectious tune that uses a harmonious keyboard refrain coupled with tight rhythms and a solid bassline. The second original track, “Seduction”, takes a deeper path with its sublime melodics, cascading pads, and metrical rhythms. DJ Funky T’s Seranade Mix of “Do Your Thing” rearranges the samples while utilizing a new arrangement and recapitulation of the main melody. The Couch Bastards Remix takes a techier approach to the proceedings by developing upon reiterating phrasing motifs from the original on top of smooth cadences.
