One of the project single of the WICKED ALL STARS MIXTAPE titled "YOU KNOW ME" ft ILL BLISS, YOBEMOH & MI-FLISS won best Underground Hip Hop in the maiden edition of the first hip hop awards in Nigeria under the AFRO HIP HOP AWARDS event in 2001, which held at the NEW AFRICAN SHRINE. The track got massive rotation on the drive time morning belt of Rhythm fm, Lagos & on Dr Flavor's Hip hop show on Eko fm, lagos, generating quiet a buzz in the burgeoning hip hop stratosphere in Lagos as at the time.

Yobemoh is one of Nigeria’s premiere Hip Hop icons, an ardent lover and propagator of the Hip Hop culture in Africa and the world over. Yobemoh shares an interesting embodiment, as the alter ego persona of the founder (Paul Akhimie) of ILLIFIC SOLUTIONS (www.illific.com), one of Nigeria’s foremost events, talent and entertainment agency, with a repertoire profile of acts such as Plantashun Boiz, Blackface, Lord of Ajasa, Bigiano to name a few. A veteran in the game, Yobemoh has been working the  Nigerian Hip Hop circuit  as far back as 1987 as a rapper, performing in high school events, local Hip Hop events and talent platforms within the period of 1987-92. He actually got more active in promotions while in college, hosting street gigs such as Rap Attack between 1997-98, a platform set up to promote budding Hip Hop acts. After graduating he became a principal-executive member (Sec. Gen) of Nigeria’s premiere Hip Hop association, called the Afro Hip Hop Society, which hosted the first ever true Hip Hop Awards (the AHHA: Afro Hip Hop Awards) in Nigeria at the New African Shrine in 2001. An Official co-franchisee of one of America’s most respected Hip Hop promotions platform the Lyricist Lounge in Africa also reinforces his stature in the promotion of Hip Hop; hosting two novel editions in Nigeria between the periods of 2004-2005, which featured international Hip Hop acts from the United States and Nigeria.
Yobemoh has also been active musically, as one part of the duo Internash Fam alongside Mi-Fliss (Best Myspace Artist Nominee 2009), jointly engaging in various international collaborations in concert with foreign Hip Hop artistes such as Pig & Ear 2 Ear ( Canada),  Franchize (USA), Germany & Lyricie Intervencie (Romania) to name a few. He also won an award in the maiden 2001 edition of the AHHA (Afro Hip Hop Awards)under the aegis of Wicked All Stars (a project group he & Mi-Fliss created) featuring ILL Bliss & D-Tizzar. Now set to present a shift in perspective in the present course of Hip Hop which he finds appalling, Yobemoh is bent on putting things in check, being the primary purpose of his desire to release a set of albums, positioned as the mother of all Hip Hop albums, first of its kind in Africa. The first release will be his EP album, which is self-titled “YOBEMOH” due for release first half of 2012. Two singles have been released off the forth coming EP on 14th February 2012, the club thumping “Original Fine Pple*” (*people) and the smooch groove “Let Me Love You”.
