If I'd have to pick a 2 seconds moment in the entire album it would be this "I'm an astronaut", it feels like you're in a dream and finally getting to the top of the hill and seeing the beautiful valley behind it, soaking in morning sunlight. Your voice is full of dreams and hopes when you say it and I love it. Again, congrats on the album it's clearly a masterpiece to me ♥

Dying Light was written over the course of a long jam session we had with our friend Emay Holmes back in December of 2018. Working with Emay is always such a seamless process and we were able to write and record a majority of this song in one night. Dying Light is about hope, and how important it is to have faith that things will get better when our mind goes to it's darkest places.
