Guest: Constantine Blintzios is a writer and musician from Athens, Greece. He is a graduate of Creative Writing at Oxford. His debut novel will be published in 2022 and he is currently working on the second.

About the project:~ Yoga & Creativity was launched in 2020. I am developing the project during the Art Residency stay at the Fish Factory - Creative Centre, Stöðvarfjörður, East Iceland.

~ Yoga & Creativity is a project exploring how yoga and other practices influence the process of creative work. I use "~ yoga" which means around yoga and other forms of conscious movement, mindfulness or embodiment practices. The project includes interviews with creatives, workshops, yoga classes, private coaching/mentoring sessions and more of will be enriched by new forms emerging from the research.
My motivation is to connect yoga and conscious development practices and a few years of my previous work experience in different cultural and creative projects where I worked with artists, designers, creatives. My intention is to explore how these two worlds influence each other and what are the possibilities for balancing the creative work process. I would like to open possibilities for creatives to grow, bloom and flow their potential through the channels of conscious and grounding practices.

∞I am Balance with Alice - a certified Yoga Teacher /RYT200 - Multistyle, Yin, Nidra Yoga in India/. I work with my own method which is based on intuitive yoga flow & conscious breathing and movement, some dance, yoga poses, meditation, visualization, writing and sharing. I also advise as a mentor on personal or business development for creative professionals. Curiouser and Curiouser!
