Find a posture of rest that suits you while you listen. Invite each person of the Trinity to speak to you in the silence after this meditation concludes.

Father God: Is there anything you'd like to speak to me?
Jesus Christ: Is there anything that you'd like to say to me?
Holy Spirit: Is there anything that you need to speak into my heart today?

While you are communing, ask each one if there is any blockage or hinderance with each relationship. You want all 3 freely flowing so you may live the abundant life John 10:10 describes.
