10 Minute Mind Clearing

A short and sweet visualisation of flying high above the earth.  Perfect to take time out from a busy and cluttered mind just for a few minutes.

Bird in Flight Visualisation Relaxation

A relaxation recorded especially for children, aged from about 6 or 7 years upwards.  You will know your own child and whether they will be able to lie down and listen for just over 5 minutes.  May be useful to calm kids down before bed or after a hectic day of school.  Consider doing some fun stretches or movement beforehand just to burn off any excess energy!!

Kids Beach and Ocean Relaxation

This is a lovely guided relaxation for children aged from about 6 years.  It is an ideal one to start with as it is very short and concise, it will get them used to the idea of lying down and relaxing for a little while.  Use some lavender spray and make sure there is soft lighting to really set the stage for relaxation.

Cloud Floating Relaxation For Kids

This guided relaxation encourages kids to use their imagination to create a peaceful place for them to relax and unwind - a wonderful tree-house.  They can imagine all the special things they would like in the tree house and they know this is a safe and secure place to let go of any worries.

Yoga teacher and daughter of a yoga teacher, Claire has always been aware of the practice of yoga due to her Mother practicing yoga in the 1970s and then training as a teacher in the 1980s.  Claire qualified as a yoga teacher in 2007 and has been teaching classes locally in the community since then.  Her Mother still teaches too, within the same community.  Claire teaches mainly adult classes but also teaches chair based yoga twice a week.  Claire is particularly interested stress/anxiety management techniques as part of a somatic, embodied yoga practice.
