Forever

Jabiluka is the debut EP from new Sydney triumvirate YOKE. 

Working with The Jezabels’ Nik Kaloper, the Sydney 3-piece have crafted an EP full of “perfect shorts-weather pop” (Noisey) and “sweet New Wave sounds” (whothehell). Referencing the immersive sounds of Cocteau Twins and The Cure, along with Prince and alt R&B, Jabiluka showcases the bands distinctive yet very accessible style.

After sharing stages with the likes of Banoffee, Collarbones and Holy Holy, YOKE returned to the studio in 2015 with producer Nik Kaloper of the Jezabels. The resulting single ‘So far’, embraces the expansive world of chill wave and synth pop. YOKE are eagerly working on material for their forthcoming debut album and "shimmer with the promise of becoming a big deal in years to come." (the music)
