MENACE is a queer DJ and producer based in the west of Ireland and this year’s Forbidden Fruit Emerging Artist winner in partnership with Skin and Blister. As a resident of Cheek Collective, MENACE is know for his high energy sets and genre-fluid style rooted in bass heavy sounds. Drawing from techno, breaks, proggy rhythms, UK bass and experimental electronic music, their mixes deliver a fresh take on the club scene.

They describe their mix as, “.. a club-ready blend of tracks I’ve been listening to recently alongside some staple tunes I’ve been spinning for a while. It’s bass-heavy, upbeat, and gets a little freaky at points with a few cunty bangers thrown in for good measure”
