京都在住のDJ/プロデューサー。90's House/UK Garage/Jungleに強く影響を受けた楽曲を、ロンドンはじめ国内外のレーベルからリリース。2020年にロンドンのYAM Recordsからリリースされた"Word Rush EP"は世界各地のレコードショップで完売、リプレスされるなど注目を集めた。

2017年より、同じく京都在住のDJ/プロデューサーであるLomaxと共に、京都拠点の忍者ハウスレーベル「NC4K」の運営を開始。継続的なリリースを重ね、国内外を繋ぐ重要レーベルとして注目を集める。

Shadow Child、Objekt、Yaeji、Coco Bryceなど国外の主要プロデューサーからもサポートを受けている。

Stones Taro is a DJ / producer, based in Kyoto, Japan.
He began his career in 2014 and has been active in the Kyoto scene, with some of the best releases from around the world, mainly in the UK.
And he also has been running NC4K, a House label from Kyoto, with Lomax since 2017. With a continuous stream of releases, the label is gaining attention as an important link between Japan and the rest of the world.

"This mix was recorded in July 2021 at an indoor club in Omotesando, when lockdown was briefly loosen and was allowed to party at night little bit (maybe for about 2 weeks). It’s an excerpt of that all nighter set I have played, everyone wearing mask so was not able to see their faces but seemingly people were having a good time."

This is a re-recording of a set @compuma played at an April demonstration against the redevelopment of a Tokyo park that Ryuichi Sakamoto spoke passionately about before his death.

"We gathered in front of the trees scheduled to be cut down in Jingu Gaien to align with Sakamoto's attitude and will," organizers said.

To mark the 120th mix on the EDWIN Music Channel, up-and-coming Japanese DJ and producer @ak_is_error takes to the stage with an hour of atmospheric and psychedelic dance music released from the late 90s onwards, bringing together moving tunes by artists such as legendary Italian cosmic warrior Franco Falsini aka Zona di Franco, tribal house trio Africaine 808, and Japanese J-Pop and jazz singer Yasuko Agawa.
