Rest your weary soul beloved one, allow yourself to let go of the business of doing and accomplishing, and let the sounds envelope you in their soft and velvety blanket of surrender. It’s time for the medicine of Winter.

Yes, it is in this spiraling downwards, this descent into slowing down and the state of being, that we face our emptiness and restlessness. It's in the darkness that the transformation takes place, where that which we surrender to, creates the soil for new evolutions to take place. 

Take heart: softness and release are never far away. Let the thoughts and feelings come and welcome them home. 

Feel the earth underneath you and trust: Winter and the void is where all guidance, all dreams, all creativity and all of life come from. 

What is your greatest prayer? How deeply can you surrender? How soft can you become? 

Allow yourself to be embraced & transformed by the sweet stillness of Winter...

This sound journey is part of a series of collaborative recordings that we did with our brother Ceibo @user-114450654 during our time in Nosara, Costa Rica in Jan. 2021.

This Sonic Sanctuary supports us to connect and ground within the heart of the earth. We are invited to surrender all our pain, sadness, grief, judgement, doubt and worries into the loving cradle of our mother earth. We can remember that she loves us unconditionally, that we are her children, here to support and honor her and love her back.


Flutes, Rattles, Chants, a Harmonium and a sweet gentle Icaro embedded in the atmosphere of the lush costa rican jungle build the frame for this journey.
A 174Hz drone is complementing the grounding beat of the shamanic drum.

174Hz is understood as a "sonic anaesthetic". It is believed to be reducing pain (emotional and physical), promoting cellular activity and to be strengthening the feeling of security and trust.

May you have a beautiful, deep journey and may you receive what you need in order to make the next step. Remember we are all shifting together but at our own pace, in our own tempo, one step at a time. Every bodies journey is individual and unique and without YOU this journey would not be complete.
