Welcome to You Hate Movies, a podcast in which casual movie goers, film lovers, and cinephiles argue about movies.

Each episode features a debate that pits a non-normative, or “unpopular” opinion about a film or film franchise, and pits it against a more traditional viewpoint. 

Debaters are selected not for their expertise in the world of film criticism, but based on how interesting their position is, the passion with which they bring to the debate, and whether or not it might be entertaining to hear them argue about it.
