You Love Random Band: Dirty Elvis is a two-piece rock/punk/blues/surf/country and skiffle(?!?) band from ol' Melbourne town. They take to the stage with the bare essentials of a drum kit, a big fat baritone guitar and a hideous sounding copperhead microphone. The songs and the dapper and deviant gents that play them have attitude and a clear voice in getting across the point. Whether that point is annoying young punks, the ridiculousness of theism, using country music as an aphrodisiac or a more sympathetic approach to the life of Michael Jackson, they are brutally honest and always entertaining.
