Younes Bahri is a film composer who has worked on a range of projects in both film and television. 

His body of work  includes composing the score for the war biopic “Lotfi,” directed by Academy Award-winner Ahmed Rachedi, acclaimed dramatic TV series “Yemma” (seasons 2 and 3), directed by Madih Belaïd, as well as the comedy series “Dar Lefchouche,” directed by Djaffar Gacem. 

Returning to the big screen, Younes collaborated with director Yasmine Chouikh for the film “Benkhlouf,” showcasing his versatility in film composition. He is set to score the upcoming historic blockbuster “Si El Haoues,” also directed by Yasmine Chouikh. 

As a composer, Younes Bahri’s style combines orchestral and electronic elements and explores musical traditions from different cultures. He plays several instruments, including piano, world flutes, and lute. He has collaborated with ensembles such as the National Symphony Orchestra and the Oran Regional Symphony Orchestra in Algeria.

He is a member of the SCL (Society of Composers and Lyricists, USA) and the WSA (World Soundtrack Academy). Younes Bahri draws on his strong background in local and Andalusian musical styles in creating his scores.
