Young Gii - That Ain't Enough

The Bahamian artist was inspired by his culture's Junkanoo tradition, which is a public celebration of identity and artistic expression. Junkanoo is a masquerade street carnival that moves through the streets of downtown Nassau. This cultural event features colorful elaborate costumes, floats andmusicians who perform melody selections on goatskin drums, cowbells, whistles and horns.

With the desire to become a music icon for the new generations to come, Bahamian Artist YOUNG Gii continues to leave his mark in music by releasing yet another highly anticipated EP, ‘Islands to the City’ also known as, ‘ITTC.’

YOUNG Gii continues to give his listeners raw and uncut lyrics but with this new project he opens up about making the transition to the City of Chicago from The Bahamas, the Island where he calls home.

They say time flies when you’re having fun and in the month of June YOUNG Gii gave us consecutive hits. As the end of June approaches and closing out his month-long release series, YOUNG Gii drops brand new record ‘Beast Mode’ feat. BK. The record is also produced by C-Sick, who has produced previous projects for YOUNG Gii. Now that the month-long series has come to end, you can still expect more heat from the Bahamian artist.
