Blytheville, Arkansas’s Young Kennedy is living proof that raw talent, ambition and honesty can still prevail in today’s music industry. At the age of 33 the artist now resides in Nashville, Tennessee. It wasn’t until he moved to Georgia for college he actually started making music. Although, his writing career began his sophomore year of high school. That’s when he discovered his writing abilities. What started out as poetry grew into short storie, plays, and eventually lyrics laid over tracks. Obtaining a very diverse background Young Kennedy has proven to be very versatile and refuses to be boxed in. Hip-Hop and R&B is what your likely to hear from Young Kennedy but don’t be surprised to hear a bit of spoken word or a Pop track. From 2Pac to 3 Doors Down the list of influences and inspiration is a mile long. He released 3 mixtapes that were only distributed locally. Young Kennedy currently has 2 albums in the pipeline with the first of them releasing this year! Young Kennedy has done a number of shows and opened for a plethora of artist. He will continue pursuing his dream until he catches his big break
