BIG MIKE aka Stormzy YOU INSPIRE ME. When I was 12 I heard my dad talking to my uncle about an MC freestyle in the park in a video he saw on YouTube. I remember because he was passionately breaking down the swagger, punchlines and screen presence, saying “this guy is different the world is going know his name, his hunger is crazy”.

When I saw the video, I was inspired. I saw boys in the school playground rapping the lyrics to 'Shut Up' word for word. I remember the first time I listened to gang sings and prayers, and being overwhelmed with the diversity from Grime to R&B to Gospel.

Since then he’s gone from strength to strength, from headlining festivals to number one hits!

My team and I had to do this classic in honour of a living legend STORMZY aka BIG MIKE YOU INSPIRE ME, Young Athena.

Party Next Door and Rihanna YOU INSPIRE ME. 'Believe It' is a phenomenal track and I had to include it in this mash up.

From the video to the iconic dance, it was a smash hit! And combining it with the cultural reset ‘Bodak Yellow’ was incredibly fun to do!
