Hard Fist 16th release is on the way and is all about fusion of man and machine, connecting traditional singing to the electronic music dance floor attitude. Signed by prolific composer Omri Smadar, the digital EP also includes remixes by French producer Yuksek and Jordanian musician Shadi Khries. 

Based in Tel Aviv, Omri Smadar’s life is all about composing and connecting, playing and performing, studying and story-telling. From deep history and complex theory to the dark art of dot joining, the academically trained composer and pianist is neck deep in all aspects of the culture and artform. He worked with Correspondant, Tel Aviv’s Blue Shadow and collaborated with well-known musicians such as Siam and Fortis, and to extensive remixes, edits and remoulds of influential Israeli music, such as debut album ‘Collage’ [Nana Disc 2020] 

Phase of Motion EP surrounds the idea of fusing organic-traditional human singing and playing with the electronic music dancefloor attitude. Omri’s work is known for interweaving organic, synthetic and analog. This EP is a perfect example, with its heady vocals and chants going hand in hand with percussion and machine sounds. 
Omri places great importance on the common experience the sharing of music creates. That’s why he produced “Phase of Motion” with some of his close friends: Nenor, Roy Shpilman, Shlomo Gronich and Yogev Haruvi.

Adama (written with Shlomo Gronich and produced with Roy Shpilman) samples the "Sheba Band" - an Israeli-Ethiopian children choir from the early 90's.

In 2020, Elisa Elisa dropped her debut EP, Drum Love, which shot to Number 1 on Beatport’s Deep House chart. As a Franco Algerian DJ and Producer, she often pays homage to the multiplicity of her background, infusing North African rhythms with her Protestant gospel heritage and her deep love for the electronic music scene. Now based in Berlin, Elisa Elisa is a passionate advocate for the power of music and dancefloors to nurture a sense of community.

The self affirming anthem, Girl I Got You, leads with her own stunning vocal, which soars over cascading drumming rhythms. In her own words, “I raised my voice to celebrate that I will from now on and always be there for me. And I also want to share the message to everybody that it is possible to have your own back.” Ever left the rave and had a lingering melody playing in your brain? Elisa Elisa has captured that hypnotic hook and expanded it in Bassline In My Mind to create a thumping floorfiller.

A double combo debuting at Sanfuentes Records: Argentina’s dance floor legends Djs Pareja together with Cologne’s most recent jackmaster Bryan Kessler, presenting:
Djs Pareja & Bryan Kessler “Detona” EP.

Both parties coming in hot from their last releases at Cómeme and Numbers, decided to join forces and do an Ep together, specially made for Sanfuentes Records.
And wow, did they deliver :D

“Detona” (to detonate) opens the Ep in a relentless way, with a rhythm that swallows everything around, pushing and pushing and then pushing some more.

“Shu Shu” is where things get dirty and hi-hats are unleashed like flying knives over our heads. 
Also take a listen to the flip side, where we bring in our household rhythm smith Mijo to remix “Shu Shu” in his inimitable style.

And then, the cherry on top: “Ramp and Rage”. Just release this train of a track in front of a 4am audience with a proper sound system -maybe throw a little strobe light in the mix- and let it do it’s thing. Dog barking samples included.

Djs Pareja & Bryan Kessler - Ramp and Rage (SFR016)

DJ Seinfeld’s Young Ethics imprint has already charted three successful releases from the label owner himself. This time around he opens up the platform to YUNG PRADO, the first artist other than Jakobsson to release on the label. Putting forward a four track EP of exciting, sunny, acid infused house, it’s a seriously catchy package. 

Jakobsson says “My friend Marco (MLir) in Barcelona put me on to YUNG PRADO a while ago and told me i needed to check his stuff out.” It wasn’t long until he fell in love with the music.  “It’s super fun and quirky acid house that goes down so well in both the smallest and biggest venues. It’s cheeky acid basically, and once you learn some of the hilarious lyrics it’s an even bigger set of eagworms. I’m super excited to have him be the first other artist on Young Ethics as I’m sure his future will be very bright.”
