Michael The Lion is the latest alter-ego of Philadelphia's DJ Apt One, the funky globe trotter with a long history of making cult-favorite dance-floor tunes. Michael The Lion chooses to call only the funkiest of bass and the lushest of textures to his service. With an arsenal of instruments, singers and synths and a cadre of dusty records, the vibe marches in his service. This milestone record is a choice celebration of the quality that the RNT label has come to personify.

Michael blessed the airwaves on Saturday afternoon with a slew of feel good disco vibes that you need to hear!

The 2015 Electronic Music Marathon was a 78 hour NONSTOP DJ marathon bringing together a diverse group of some of the best DJ talent in Philly to raise money for Mural Arts & WKDU.
