Today rap group YV releases their single “Champion” off their upcoming project “2005”, an ode to the transformative year that started it all.  “Champion” is the world's introduction to hip hop group YV produced by member Kid Kold. YV captures the true essence of appreciating underground hip hop and expresses their champion-like state of mind on this record. 

“Champion is a song about becoming, being, recognizing, and acknowledging the champion both within ourselves and those around us. After hearing the trumpet we thought of triumph and victory Rocky before a fight type feel, ``Champion just felt good.” YV
