Xzile was born (July 2 1988) to a single mother in the city of Miami Florida; raised into the hard-knock life from the streets of Miami, Fl Cloverleaf Apartments where robbery, drugs & death is viewed as a way of life. Xzile never really knew his father, although at a young age he was informed that his father was a man that resided in Jamaica; only to find out later at the age of 16 that his biological father was actually a family friend that was always around him while growing up " He would always give me money but not my brothers" Xzile recalls. Realizing the man he considered his father was not his real father bought extreme confusion and numbness to his identity. "My mom was the only father I knew and needed to know" Xzile explained.
      
        In an attempt to escape his reality, Xzile turned to music at the age of 17, free styling and writing his every thought and life experience. "I will always love music; it's a way for me to release the tension I have built up”.The street life of having money, cars & women that capture many of our urban youth also attracted Xzile.It swallowed him up and spit him right out, after the tragic loss of his favorite aunt, "She took me everywhere with her and would do anything for me", explains Xzile. "I stopped caring for life and stopped believing in God"
      
     In order to survive he turned to selling drugs, which caused him to get incarcerated not only once but four times. While deep in the battlefield of drugs and violence, he was saved by the unexpected knowledge that he would soon be a father.
       
      With a new found determination for life, Xzile realized that drugs and money could negativily make or break him; not wanting to end up like many of his friends that lost their battle to the drug game; he knew it was time to go hard or go home! Xzile now pursues his music full time while being father.His music can be found on Reverbnation, Soundcloud, Twitter & Facebook.
