3 song writing demo's from Build & Release. The band began as a song writing project in 2014 focussing in original instrumental music with elements of post-rock and prog at it's core. There are other works in the pipe line and recordings to be made, a live performance scheduled for March 2015 and we'll see what else after that :)

Another gem from the couch... i picked up the guitar one night and the opening riff just blasted out onto the frets. I was like..yeh man lets record that, so im all 'click click, tap tap..' & we're ready to go, and the rest just followed without a second thought. 
Then i was stuck with no idea of what to sing/scream or do with it. So i left it.
Then one day weeks later, my car brakes down, im stuck waiting for a tow truck and im pissed...although the emotions surfaced enough to command some words..and there you have it. Not at all about the car situation though! To personal to explain, lets just go with 'yer pre angry dude!!'.

10 bury it

When i learnt about a young girl who was raped by a guy who was supposed to be her friend...i was furious. If i could name and shame i would, but instead i wrote a song. Sexual promiscuity is one thing, taking advantage of someone's vulnerability is another. I wont stand for that kind kind of abuse.

11 stand for

Ender... always felt like a closer right from the moment i tracked it.
It essentially sums up the whole feeling of being left behind, a little bitter and jaded about things.. its a venting thing for me. :)
I really enjoy the begining, i had been listening to Jawbox a lot that week... everyone go check out Jawbox.

I am writing songs on Garageband with an iPad. 

Guitars/bass all tracked with an iRig adapter on my couch, drums done (poorly) by hand on the iPad..usually during lunch breaks at work!
Vox usually recorded in the car ..just yelled straight into the little onboard microphone. 

With extremely limited editing and mixing capabilities i am at the mercy of a program with a short fall of resources. However it does the trick well enough. This is an archive of idea's and collection of works from various projects.
