I, YourboyDanO (Dan Osczepinski) am a Music Producer/DJ turned Artist, International Missionary, and President & CEO of My Brother's Keeper International Missions ( A 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization based in Kissimmee, Fl. and operating in Sambo Creek, Honduras). I'm an ALL-around artist (Photography, Film, Painting, Beats, DJ, you name it) but I NEVER thought I would have the confidence to lay my voice down on a track. In 2011 I felt the Holy Spirit stirring something up inside of me and I suddenly had a lot to say. I began writting things down based on my experiences and revelations God would grace me with and I knew some of it was really good and had the potential to move people.... but I just didn't have the self confidence it takes to get in a booth and really let it flow. I kind of just kept my rhymes to myself, or would let individuals hear them here and there and I always got a really enthusiastic response.... and one day in February 2012, I happened to be in a studio at just the right time, with just the right producer, and 45 minutes to kill...... he played a new beat for me I had never heard, and I had something that fit it perfectly. We laid down what would become "Set Me Free" and the rest is history. The response has been so great that I feel right now this is a door God is opening for me and i'm going to walk through it. Putting this music out has always been just another ministry avenue for me, a way to catch people's attention and connect with them.... get them to listen to me for a second so I can share something deeper and more powerful than music with them.... LIGHT. I don't want to put myself in a box, and don't consider myself a "Chistian Rapper", but it is impossible for me to take Christ out of the equation or leave it out of my music because...... without Christ, I would still be in bondage to drugs and alcohal, hate & anger, greed & lust, and living for the world..... if not dead. I'm FREE today, truly living Life, and doing things I only use to dream of. I'm on a mission to wake people up by any means necessary! I hope my music touches something inside of you!
