A useful mantra when you just can’t seem to get a psychic attack to stop is Alak Baba Siri Chand Di Rakh. Baba Siri Chand was a master of deflecting psychic attack, I encourage you to research him if you feel the need to do so! This has already turned out to be a pretty long session so I will be linking an article on Baba Siri Chand for you to read through should you want to. Your homework for the week will be as follows and I'd love for everyone to share their answers with each other. I think giving everyone a perspective to the differencces in the way other's experience empathy/intuition is a great learning tool.
so, I want to know the following

- What chakra do you feel is the strongest in regards to intuitive feelings and emotional processing?
- Do you struggle to feel the energy around you? if so do you think this could be due to trauma induced blockages?
- Do you have any overactive chakras, maybe you find that you overly rely on said chakra or that it takes a lot of damage when it comes to emotionally supporting others or expressing, and maybe even protecting yourself. 

I will also ask you to meditate for 2-5 minutes daily, as you meditate I’d like you to imagine a white sphere of energy floating in your center. You’re welcome to use mudras, as they are very powerful and great for meditation and channeling energy. As you are channeling energy you want to remember that it is very important that you let it flow rather than force it. All you are doing is building your energetic stamina with this exercise.
