Estate est le troisième EP de Substrack, il comprends des collaborations avec Letvink et Nicolas Cuer, Estate est un track très mélodique avec des sons très épuré dans un style deep house assumé, il pousse à voyager et donne envie de bouger, il est l’issue d’une longue période de réalisation et finalement clôturer par une belle collaboration avec 2sad qui apporte la respiration et le plaisir dans l’écoute finale.

Le remix de Letvink et très progressif, d’une efficacité redoutable sur le Dancefloor, il reprend la touche mélodique tout en donnant un style plus aérien et deep techno, Letvink associer de tout temps de substrack dans la direction artistique du label You're next. 

Amis de longue date Nicolas Cuer signe cet incroyable remix melodic techno, il fut très inspiré lors de l'écoute du track original, il nous fait l'honneur de sa présence sur cette sortie pour le plaisir de nos oreilles un track qui pousse un petit peu plus loin encore l’envie de voyager avec de multiples univers..

It's that time of year again when "You're Next Records" kicks into high gear with the latest installment in their incredible "Come On Step" compilation series, volume 2" a real album full of surprises that actually gets you going. We know that the passing of time only improves the depth and quality. As always, the album brings together some of the label's most relevant artists such as Letvink, Substrack, Nick Rowze... while the mood is carried by the tried and tested formula of You're Next's melodic electronica and transcended by some new faces we'll let you discover... 

Substrack opens the ball with "Saturday", which offers soft vibes, designed to stimulate a morning mood or a summer sunset... . Ach_Rz with "Moon" continues in the soaring and mastered side, sprinkled with percussions, John Kah keeps the pressure on with his hypnotic and raspy synth lines. while the psychedelia settles in slowly with Nikoff and his "Mental Fluid". The Shadow aka Coldface distills a freshly brought in track, telling his story... that of the instruments and a track really in its place with all the necessary emotion, Nick Rowze is up to the task on "Moya" as usual, Superb! with an extended spinning break giving a driving drop of soft bleeps, and angular tech-house riffs.

Letvink's "2 a.m" is a perfect, balanced techno groove, ready to cause an explosive break on the dancefloor. Andørra's "Drum Circle" then ups the ante with a metallised vibe that submerges us deeply. It also confirms that we are leaving the warmth and roundness of the sound of the beginning of the compilation for darker territories.
"Tom Mils" then takes us into the realm of full-blown minimal techno, taking us back to the height of the genre with this live version through the mesh of dense kicks and snares.
Jean Bruce & Dauphin ramp up the distortion on 'Litigation' with pounding drums, they play with celestial vocals and acid washes making it a stand out track.
