Youth Trend Report is a minimal-ish electronic music project from the middle of nowhere. Their debut LP Life Coach dissects and misappropriates classic hip hop beats over wandering loops and vacant melodies. The collection of songs is rounded out by radio frequencies, internet clickbait, field recordings collected from Germany to Texas, and stolen dialogue of 1950's housewives experimenting with LSD. In light of the current state of Monster Energy endorsed electronic music Youth Trend Report have opted not to include any bass tracks on the entire album... It's not going to make you want to dance but it just might make you want to take a walk and clear your head. A little fresh air never hurt anybody.
