More stuff to share with y’all

Wind Waker is probably the most nostalgic Zelda game for me. I have fond memories of sailing the seas, collecting treasure, fighting moblins, and of course, listening to the great music! This is another game that my dad played a lot too, he even made a map of the sea :D This is my favorite song from the game, and it just so happens that it might be one of my favorite remixes I've made so far. 

The original song can be counted in a 6/8 time signature or in 4/4. I really wanted to play with that since I'm a drummer and stuff so there's a few time changes in this one. As always, I tried to preserve the great original melody, but I added a few twists here in there! I think my music gets better when there's more nostalgia in the mix ;D

Honestly, I used to hate hardstyle music.
When I started to listen to electronic music around 14 years ago. Hardstyle was that one genre I did not like. I liked the melodies but at the time most of the hardstyle tracks were more "harder" I guess I would say and I felt like the hardstyle kicks were much more raw and all over the place. It just simply wasn't for me.

However, many years later I discovered hardstyle music again. I realised that hardstyle is much more than that. At some point I started to produce hardstyle music of my own. I noticed that if I could combine my melodic style and the hardstyle kicks I could create some pretty cool tracks. So I started to work and as you know my first hardstyle track was Can't Let Go 2.0. I really liked it so I created another track called Bouncing.

With Nightmare Fuel I'm continuing my melodic style. The fast tempo of hardstyle enabled me to make this fast paced track combined with interesting chord progressions and catchy melodies. It felt like I was doing some good old techno again! I'm sure you will like Nightmare Fuel as well.
