An absolutely heartwrenching song that hits home everytime I listen to it. The lyrics are very well written, and they are written by Yuuri himself.

I knew this was gonna be one of my favourite songs from Minami the moment I heard it, not to mention that it was one of her first major releases. The emphasis on the emotions, the nuanced articulations, all that makes this song so incredibly beautiful, at least in my opinion.

A rather lazy take of Kokoronashi (心做し), based on Majiko's live version. Kinda had a cold when I took this too sooo yeap.

The song can have multiple meanings and interpretations, but in my opinion, it talks about a broken person who no longer/never knew how to love, who somehow crosses paths with someone that is both selfless and ever-loving. The two isolated hearts end up teaching each other how to love 'correctly', and in just the right amount. No more, no less.

So amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, I struggled to find motivation to do anything, really. But for a short moment of time where I found a burst of morale, I managed to squeeze in this full (and again, lazy) attempt of Minami's Eternal Blue. 

There are plenty of minor pitch mistakes and pronunciation errors, but nothing too major that it killed the recording as a whole, and so here it is. Hopefully you will still enjoy it as much as I did recording it :)
