I've always been a fan of the track Spanish Joint  but I felt like the original is fairly mellow and couldn't find a way to fit it into my DJ sets. So i remixed this acoustic Spanish Joint with a more vibey dance feel so I can play out. Added new synths, keys, drums, bass, and sound efx.

細分化された今のナイトシーンに一石を投じる、国際都市東京ならではの試み！東京の「リアル」なアーティスト、クリエイター、起業家、旅人、自由人が定期的に息抜きと情報交換をしに集結する秘密基地が表参道LAS CHICASに登場。業種、趣味、国籍、年齢、性別、音楽ジャンルといった社会の線引きにより、今まで遊び場が交わる事の無かった人々に呼びかけるイベントがSPEAKEASY（スピークイージー）だ。天井が高く、開放的な空間にソファーが広々と並ぶ店内ではヒップホップ、ファンクとハウスミュージックが流れ、それはまさにニューヨークのロフトパーティーを思い出させるかのよう。インターナショナルでジャンルレスな空気にときめきを覚え、男も女もお洒落して遊びに来る。行き損ねたら大事な機会を逃してしまった気分になるクールなレギュラーパーティーが遂にスタート！（時折サプライズでスペシャルゲストが登場予定。 ）

アメリカの禁酒法時代にもぐり営業をしていた酒場のこと。
その秘密な場所では、どんな人生を送っていようか関係なく黒人、白人、金持ち、貧乏人も誰もが飲み、パーティを楽しみ、例え数時間であれ日常の事を忘れることが出来たという。

Sorceress is a 5 piece band from New Zealand formerly known as Funkommunity. Their debut album 'Chequered Thoughts' was widely acclaimed around the world and saw them tour Europe and Japan in 2012. The creative duo at the core of Sorceress is vocalist Rachel Fraser and producer/band leader Isaac Aesili.

Teacups is the first single from the forthcoming album 'Dose' by Sorceress due to drop in May 2014. Instrumentation interweaves with stratospheric synth textures creating a soulful space for the heavy vocals of Rachel Fraser. Both dancefloor orientated and contemplative, Teacups takes the listener to an unknown destination, strange but familiar, somewhere between the future and the past.

My inspiration for this mix is a new wave of sound coming up; it’s a mixture of sexy r&b, 808 bass and house. In this mix I combined a few of my favorite tunes (new and old). To be honest my heritage doesn't have a big role in my music. But my parents do. Both of them made sure I grew up with the right type of music. From Classical from my mom, to Motown and Rock from my dad.
