Greek DJ and producer Mossel teams up with Zatar Music labelhead Phonique for “Sunset,” a warm, groove-led house cut shaped by precussive drums, rounded low end and restrained synth lines built for early-evening sets and smooth late-night transitions. 

Speaking on the collaboration, Mossel says: “Phonique and I actually got in touch after the release of my track "Allo Allo", which he was one of the first to support. From there, the idea for Sunset came together quite naturally.”

Mossel, who began DJing at 14 and has since grown from Greece’s underground to international stages, continues the modern, Mediterranean-tinged direction he introduced on “Allo Allo.” 
Phonique brings his long-standing Berlin touch and A&R sensibility as head of Zatar Music, keeping the arrangement clear and focused on feel and flow.

The Italian-born DJ gained his reputation spinning alongside Alfredo in the mid-to-late 80s in seminal club Amnesia, creating a sound which influenced clubland worldwide and which resonates massively today in the modern Balearic scene. "Leo Mas presents Mediterraneo" brings together some of his favourite obscurities and rare beauties from the 70s and 80s - tracks that both shaped him and star in his sets.

Renowned German DJ and producer ​Boris Brejcha has unveiled his hotly anticipated new album ​Space Diver,​ out​ 24th January​ via ​Ultra Music​.
SpaceDiveri​sanemotionally-charged,ten-trackjourney,with​Brejchamasterfully guiding the listener through an array of terrain. No fewer than three tracks from the LP have already been released as singles: there’s the hypnotic, recently released
   
‘Lieblingsmensch’​, trance-inflicted ​‘Never Look Back’ and melodic techno roller ‘Gravity’​, which features the vocals of Berlin-based singer-songwriter ​Laura Korinth​. Things are then closed out with ​‘To The Moon And Back’​, an expertly-crafted slice of what Brejcha refers to as ​‘High-Tech Minimal’​, with the album finding that sweet spot between energetic club cuts and relaxed home listening.
Having completed a North American tour and played at a slew of Ibiza parties across 2019, ​Brejcha shows no signs of taking his foot off the gas in 2020, with festival slots at ​OFFSonar​, ​Exit Festival​ and ​Docklands​ all lined up for the next few months.
Emerging onto the scene with the double EP release of ​‘Monster’ and ​‘Yellow Kitchen’ back in 2006, ​Brejcha has spent the years since developing his own style of music, coined as ​‘High-Tech Minimal’​. In 2018 he dropped a track on the ​Best Of Cloning Sound ​compilation to mark the tenth anniversary of the imprint.

Exclusive: Christian Löffler - Bergen (Roman Flügel Remix)

It's only been March when Christian Löffler released his album Lys, but these days it feels like eternity. Over the course of the past months some of the electronic music scene's most prolific producers took on remix duties for Löffler's 'home studio album'. Among them were Hior, Nathan Fake, Lawrence Guy and Roman Flügel. The latter was asked to sprinkle his magic on Christian's track Bergen and the Berlin-based artist did not need no second invitation for that. Roman's approach to Bergen was it to merge the best of both artists' worlds and not to turn the track into something totally new or different. The result is a speeded up version with carefully implemented textures from Roman's analog synthesizers and 70's drum machines, which smoothly go with Christian's tender, fine and delicate compositions and portray a colorful union of two scene key-figures and their importance for the development of music. Roman Flügel's Bergen sounds like an out-balanced piece of music that unfolds its natural beauty with every sound added with every further beat down the bass line. A track so nostalgic and hopeful it could serve as an anthem for the era the world is in. 

Christian Löffler's Lys Remixes will be released July 31st, 2020 on Ki Records.
