“Ya Sayidi” is an Afro House track with strong Arabic influences, inspired by my Syrian background. I grew up listening to traditional Arabic percussion like the darbuka, and I wanted to bring those organic rhythms into a modern club context. The result is a hypnotic blend of tribal grooves and Middle Eastern textures that feel both nostalgic and powerful. With this track, I wanted to stay close to my roots while exploring the global energy of Afro House. ‘Ya Sayidi’ meaning ‘Oh my master’carries a sense of respect and mystique, just like the vibe of the music.
