Omar Cruz - L-A-B Ft. G - Eyez (Yung We$t)

Yung We$t is an 80's baby born in L.A.  As a young child he was exposed to the harsh realities of the troubled streets of Los Angeles.  Being raised in that environment since birth, the gang life soon followed.  By 16 he had lost family and friends to the streets.  With the tragic loss of his sister in 2005 We$t began shifting his attention to Hip-Hop.   He showed interest in free-styling and eventually began crafting his own songs.

 "We used to mess around on the computer thinking we could rap!  When my sister got murdered in 2005,  a lot was on my mind everyday!  I really started getting into my music tough and recording more songs."

He shifted his energy from the streets to working on his own company, Almighty Alridaz Entertainment Music Group and is now signed to LAB Records to continue building west coast hip-hop back to its former prominence.  He is featured on Omar Cruz's mixtape, The Book Of Omar, under his former alias "G-Eyez" on the songs "L-A-B" & "Crackin'".

In April of 2014 west coast legend Kam enlisted Yung We$t & Omar Cruz to be featured on the lead single off his black and brown unity album Mutual Respect.  The single "Wouldn't Be LA" was released in May on Hereafter Records/Nu Birth Ent.

 Yung We$t has already released mixtapes on HotNewHipHop.com and DatPiff.com; Kcali Muzak & Tha West Get Back LP.  We$t's debut EP on LAB Records, All Or Nothing coming Fall 2014.  His first single "Bang Out" produced by Kev Da Khemist is now available.
