I chose "deep end" as the sixth song on my album because I felt like all of the songs leading up to this point were me singing or somewhat melodic (besides the first song) & I just wanted to switch it up real quick. Like all of my songs, I wrote this with the intention to reveal the realities of relationships & the struggles you go through when it doesn't pan out in your favor. heartbreak music lol. #sadboyszn

after 6 months of no recording & battling a drug addiction, a new record finally comes to fruition. i wrote this in rehab & the anticipation & pressure to release not just a good song, but an AMAZING song was definitely weighing on me heavily.. i knew with all that time wasted that i really had to deliver. this is such a full circle moment for me because 2 months ago, i wasn't doing shit with my life & easily could've died due to the lifestyle i chose to live. now i get a fresh start in 2023 & there wasn't a better time to drop this... to summarize a long story short, this record was absolutely vital to my growth & evolution as an artist. i really hope you enjoy & the fact that anybody would listen to my music in the first place means the world to me.
