I can't tell you how many time I have listened to this song as well as most of Billie's masterpieces...I absolutely love and can find a way to identify with every single one. This one in particular, however, just "feels" different than when I sing the rest. Each note resonates in a way that just feels like something I was meant to sing...hard to describe unless you have felt that yourself , and if you have then congrats you are among a rare few of us who can enjoy the gift of music unabated :)

Chris Stapleton...well what can I really say...guy is just so dang talented. I love pretty much every single song he has ever produced or recorded himself...but this one surely takes the cake for my "classic" Stapleton pick. Hopefully I managed to pay homage to a living legend with this one...I feel like I was certainly moved to record it! Hope you enjoy!

This one is just a bit different than my other "live performances. For those of you who follow my music, you will know I mostly do everything in one take. However, I thought this song needed a bit of support for the layers Posty originally included in his track. I really liked the way this turned out.
