The 2nd verse was a true build & the first was a true story.. I had to turn in sumthin new to the label for some reason.. and that was what was goin on in my life at the moment, a change of scenery. So i chose to write about that feeling of jumpin out there to take a risk, just like my fam & I did by moving 2 hours away from where we've lived most of our lives.

Monday morning yawning off the weekend past
Empty wallet in my pants down to my last
I had laugh to myself, just to keep me from crying
Gotta be to work by nine, chance that I could be fired
U know my boss ain't trynna hear my alarm clock failed
So I'm sprinting quick as hell, just to hop on the 12
Barely made it, situated on the bus in the back
Weird discussion goin on, what the fuck was that
Closed my eyes & ears visualizing I'm there
Then outta nowhere, the bus caught a flat, forreal
Only my luck, both eyes shut, feeling like times up
About to go O.C., but lucky I know  peace
I picked up the phone, to talk to one of my bosses and
Had to take a long listen.. They acting all different. Wasn't at all trippin
and that sho is rare
Told em that I was in route, ASAP im there on a
