Sumida, a ward in Tokyo, Japan, is famous for several attractions and cultural landmarks. It is home to the iconic Tokyo Skytree, the tallest structure in Japan and a major tourist destination. The area is also known for the historic Sumida River, which has inspired traditional Japanese art and literature. Sumida hosts the Sumida Hokusai Museum, dedicated to the renowned ukiyo-e artist Katsushika Hokusai, who was born in the area. Additionally, Sumida is known for its rich history of traditional crafts, including the production of Edo Kiriko (cut glass).
