EP write up:

I wanted to make music that I felt I would genuinely listen to on my own time if it was someone else’s. I tried to capture a lo-fi golden era feel with the producer RELIGION and we always aimed to maintain the vibe consistently from front to back. The production utilized analog synthesizers, drum machines, tape and vinyl effects to create a warm and airy soundtrack and the same direction was applied during the mixing and mastering stages. I wrote from a very natural and honest place and selected from a wide selection of concept beats that inspired melodies and lyrics.

West coast artists Moka Only, Lizzy, Kapok and Tristate are featured on Never forget to imagine.

Yuze P. (You-zee P.) is a rapper hailing from Vancity (Vancouver), British Columbia, CANADA.

After moving around East Vancouver at an early age, Yuze P.'s family finally settled in Marpole, West Side Vancouver, where he honed his rap skills. Rap was frowned upon at home, so as a kid, Yuze P. would wait until everyone was asleep to start bumping rap radio in his room. Marpole is what makes him. This is his story.
