This song is about essentially a story of how much my mind races throughout the day about the same things, over and over again.. I do often go crazy at times as thinking about my issues as it is an overwhelming thought alone. Going through a recent break-up has lead up to this moment in time and it devastated me as it would anybody else. As far as the rest of the talking points into the song, well.. I find them quite self-explanatory.
