Aftergore is a series of AUs taking place after Undertale's neutral endings, in which a new human enters in Frisk's wake.
Aftergore IV, the Queen Undyne ending, details an ending in which Toriel and the Ruins monsters are killed, but everyone else is left unharmed (other than Asgore of course). Undyne rules the Underground with an iron fist. Humans are to be treated as enemies, not friends.

Napstablook keeps their role. When Mettaton was banished to the Ruins, he took Blooky along with him so he wouldn't be lonely. Napstablook didn't want to leave the family ranch, but they also didn't want to disappoint their cousin. They try to sneak back to the ranch whenever they can.

Naughty is Kris in a dusty family photo under the TV stand.
They want to get out of the picture and do mischief, but they are stuck in the picture, so they have Kris help them get them out.
However, even after getting out of the photo, Naughty remains a thin sheet of paper and cannot move freely. Still, they tries his best to give their accumulated desires to Kris and their friends.

Hopeless is a roleshift AU inspired by the harsh aesthetic of Underfell. The harshness of the character's personalities altered the events following the human-monster conflict, leading to an underground riddled with disarray. That said, at their core everyone is still the classic characters you know and love, even if it's a little harder to see that than usual.

Chara takes the role of Napstablook. They have hidden in the Ruins with their brother Asriel for years now, for fear of being slaughtered by the harsh monster personality outside the forgotten halls. But this safety and hospitality has not taken the edge off, far from it. They may be cynical and distrustful, but they're also loyal and determined, and will do anything to keep their brother's flimsy utopia safe.
