A collection of songs I did in collaboration with an Irish singer student who wishes to keep her name hidden for now.
Music and lyrics are by me.

This started as a comical journey where I tried to create parody lyrics of known songs and poems but since I am truly bad at those kinds of lyrics I stopped after several failed attempts. I did manage to twist the lyrics of "A Visit from St. Nicholas" by Clement-Clarke Moore into something a lot more sinister and with the gorgeous whispery and sultry voice of the jazz singer it truly drives the point (she hates that description but I'm sticking with it).

The rest of the songs are about the Icelandic Yule lads and my thoughts about the old ways transforming into a nicer and more modern way of thinking while also holding onto some of the sinister ways of both the Yule cat and my thoughts on what the Yule lads eat during their long months of resting.
