Being the label that have been supporting new and uprising artists, whilst having veterans joining as well, we have been providing a platform of music inclusion, within the spectrum of progressive, from deep and melodic, to house and trance, even have a slightest touch on chillout and breaks. From our first ever release, and our first compilation concept, we strive to let our artist express their own creativity, while we provide opportunities for them, slowly we start from 1, to now, being in the progressive community for 3 years, here we have our catalog release number 100. This is Summer Melody 100!

Mixed and compiled by our co-owner of the label myni8hte, as well as our veteran producer Cosmaks, this special milestone release includes 24 tracks, from new and uprising label debuts, veteran producers and label returners; expanding from deep and melodic progressive to progressive trance.

We have released Idra's Until Then back in 2019, and passing a long year, we are thrilled to present two new remixes on this prog-trance gem, from Design8 and Clarks under his Arystona moniker.

Denmark-based Design8 has previously released a remix on Summer Melody, and he returns with a melodic progressive take to the original. Switching up the original progression with a lively and widen chords and lead, his take becomes a melodic goodness for the original. On the other hand, from the Netherlands, Clarks has been releasing great music in the past few years, on Emergent Shores and Magic Island, and now under his prog-trance Arystona alias, he delivers an evocative moment with his remix. Trance chords, bassline and lead melody sit across the whole remix, making a huge level-up to the original, a definite banger to listen to over and over again!

Me and the producers involved in this compilation album are truly thankful for your support over 2020 and have put this together for you for you to enjoy.

This compilation is split into 2 parts, Dawn and Dusk.
Dawn is filled with uplifting, melodic progressive house that you would see on Progressive Penguin.
Dusk is filled with atmospheric, chill out that will take you away.. The kind of chillout you're used to seeing on Pretend Penguin.

This will be available as a full album to download for FREE on Jan 30th

Hong Kong based myni8hte teams up with our PHW division for his first release on the label, this with the beautiful and melodic progressive track named as “Our Hearts”. For those of you keeping track of his music knows he is a man of melodies and this is another warm and evolving production from him. Bea ready for neat progressions and smooth vocal additions. 

On remix duty we welcome back 2 long time friends of the label as we first out see Will Canas take control. With a slightly more energetic approach, a buzzing bass line and keeping a lot of the originality he takes this in a different direction. We are always happy to see him back with his clever music and this is no exception. 

We are equally happy to see Blissful Waves take his time and join back with us once again. He’s proved us over and over along the years that he is a producer that surely fits what we seek for. This time he takes it a bit bigger for us. Influenced with trance elements and keeping it truly melody driven, he surely delivers another one for us that we are happy to showcase. 

All in all a wonderful melodic release from people we trust.
