Originally released on Innervisions in 2013, ‘Scala’ remains one of Agoria’s defining records. More than a decade later, Vintage Culture breathes new life into the track, unveiling the first in a fresh series of reinterpretations on Sapiens. 

Vintage Culture’s version is a deep take with a slow-burning groove, brought to life by a lone piano line that rises through the mix. The bassline is warm and enveloping, with sweeping pads building the tension before everything falls away in the breakdown and the iconic piano motif returns to the fore as the dancefloor erupts. 

One of Brazil’s most successful electronic acts, Vintage Culture has become a globally renowned force in house music. His melodic and bass-driven sounds have taken him from Brazil’s vibrant underground scene to headline stages, Ibiza residencies and clubs around the world. 

Vintage Culture’s remix of ‘Scala’ drops via Sapiens Recordings on 11th September 2026.
