Between body and soul, there’s a thread. A thread of patience, faith.
The soul knows, the body wants.
In this slow mix, I alternate between giving in to my body’s urges and my soul’s longing. Should I be c*nt? Should I be a hermit? Should I be both? None?
I realized afterwards it was my mind that was inhibiting me, my mind that was drawing the boundary between body and soul, that was preventing me from reaping the wisdom of both.
The soul needs you to embody what it knows. Otherwise you’re still nowhere. You’re in your mind. Body and soul are soulful, body and soul are bodily.

here's a buzzy set i recorded this afternoon, grounded in 140 bpm
a pace at which you can be in your body enough so that you don't look away. Look me in the face.

Illusion is not what you feel and fear believing because you don't see it yet. Illusion does not involve feeling or intuition. Illusion is just trickery of the senses. Illusion is when you suppress your intuition based on what you perceive with your mere senses. Illusion is the opposite of what your ego tells you it is. Even the history of science [the eternal nemesis of faith] is the history of people who take a leap of faith each time someone says that this is what reality is and this is how it works, and dare to dream that there's more to this than meets the eye. 

I made this ambient set playing on Arca's app "Lux Aeterna", a musical journey in an audiovisual world assembled from Arca's music. You glide between the stars and galactic landscapes of light, carving your path and collecting orbs. As you travel in this synaesthetic experience, the music goes on endlessly, ever-changing and responding to your touch. It's really gorgeous. I collected 29 orbs in this journey, and I felt Arca's lines and textures in my soul bones. Play it for your relaxation/meditation/lucid dreaming purposes.
