This is my first attempt at creating a track. It's short and there are so many things that would make producers like Avicii or Madeon cringe, but you gotta start somewhere!

My attempt at a little Future Bass. I had a love/hate relationship with this track over a week because I couldn't figure out how to structure it being a new genre for me. Enjoy!

This one is special to me. For those of you who don't know, Cole Young is Jocelyn Young's son, and Jocelyn is currently engaged to my dad, Dean Lonsdale. Since my dad and Jocelyn have met, I have had the opportunity to get to know two individuals who are now family. Jocelyn, who is a compassionate, considerate, and all-around super mom, and Cole, who was full of kindness, innocence, and exemplified the epitome of Christlike love. Throughout his life, Cole has experienced many heart problems and last Friday he passed away. Even though his physical heart didn't have enough fight to continue, his spiritual heart was and is strong enough to affect people even after his passing. I will miss those late night texts and compassion he showed me.

 I made this track with Cole in mind because I wanted to express some of what I was feeling, and capture a little of what he meant to me. I kept it simple because Cole had a simple love for everyone. I wanted to add a bit of optimism because I also know that he has returned home to Heavenly Father and there is really no better place to be. He still has a mission, maybe not in this life, but I know he will still be a powerful influence for good in the life to come. I can't wait to see him again.
