Melodic Death/Metalcore Song (no vocals)

A full development of my first "Metal Song Idea" without the vocals. This is a rough mix to give an idea of the upcoming full song with vocals.
Recorded, mixed and mastered in Cubase 5, guitars and bass recorded using Line 6 UX2 using custom tones in POD Farm 2.5 Free. All drums were programmed by me using EZ Drummer cymbols and Andy Sneap drum samples. 

Metal song Idea 1 Development (Full song no vocals) - Daniel Keith

Just like the previous song clip "Heavy to the Heavy" this is just a rough pre-production version of another work-in-progress song for our upcoming full-length. Whereas the last clip was JUST a clip, this one is actually a full instrumental song (minus bass). As this is still a rough cut, things like bass, additional guitar parts, layers, and vocals will be added. The mix is also not representative of the final version. Regardless, ENJOY!!! Thank you guys for getting us to 7,000 fans on Facebook!

Metal Track (no vocals)

This is the first death metal song I wrote. I wrote the main intro riff, verse riff and the triplet feel riff when I was in a death metal band called Wounded Remains. When that band fizzled out I had a few riffs and I steadily wrote this. It's very inspired by Cannibal Corpse. The recording is a bit bad and solo's mediocre but I'm trying to get my chops up on guitar. I'm primarily a bassist.
