My take on Don Helney’s legendary song and mega-hit “The End Of The Innocence”. Co-written by Bruce Hornsby and released in 1989. It reached number 8 on the Billboard Hot 100 and has become a timeless tune.

Is it just me, or what? This song transcends time and space. It’s ever-present and ever-lasting. It fits everyone's life experiences, whether you are young, old, alone, or with someone. I guess it's the universal feeling of longing. “The End Of The Innocence” was a significant hit and title track of the album of the same name, released in 1989 by Don Henley. Bruce Hornsby co-wrote the song, and you can hear it by listening to the piano. That's one of the best piano arrangements I've ever heard. 
This is a-level writing and a-level imagining.
