Za Kikwetu is a Casting Agency and Recording studio situated on Murang’a road,on the 2nd floor of Aqua Plaza,Nairobi.It’s a company run by individuals who have an artistic background,having been founded by Packson Ngugi,a well known Nairobi Stage,TV,Film and Radio actor,together with others,in 1999 and later incorporated as a limited company in 2004.We figured,since we were casting(scouting for appropriate talent) for Radio and TV commercials for several Agencies and Production houses,we would indeed be looking for “sura na sauti za kikwetu”(Faces and voices from our own),but that name being too long, we settled for Za Kikwetu Productions.
For the client interested in doing a Radio ad,documentary or Radio play,we have a one-stop-shop for you.We’ll get you the very best and relevant voices in the market,as many of the actors and presenters on Radio and TV in Nairobi right now are signed up with us as their casting agents.See elsewhere on this website.Music is handled by Gido Kibukosya so you will have the confidence of knowing that your jingle will be created by a seasoned producer.
