Chris provides solid assessments and skills to use in ANY service industry (especially given the touch-free world we’ve been rushed into) and breaks the book down just like how you would take an adventure.
Well written, heartfelt, and hilarious. I would highly recommend picking it up and not putting it down until you’re done if you want to make monumental steps in your customer service game.

Kevin has a way of breaking through the BS. He quickly attempts to tackle the emotional struggles of being a creative and defining self worth with a very genuine and human take that every aspiring creative needs to hear. Then pulls back the curtain on everything it truly takes to find success. Even as a Senior Art Director I found myself highlighting, taking notes, and rereading entire chapters.
The information contained in these pages is invaluable for creatives at any stage in their career. I feel like I should have paid more for this. I immediately gifted it to my brother.
Kevin's writing style is relatable, quirky, and easy to understand. Many of these ad books I find can be too scholarly or pedantic. Kevin spends just the amount of time needed on a topic to reveal the truth, then moves on.
