What an event this was. So glad to be able o bring you the recording of my set from Mint in Leeds fro Love Tidy. What a show this was. Big love to everyone I said hello to and turned up for my set! I loved every minute of it.

Playing on such a line up of legends in my home town was incredible. This mix reflects a load of good vibes, nothing too cool and a load of reworked classics!

The last time I played at Doncaster Warehouse, I was 17, on vinyl, after Marc EG, shitting my pants. 18 years later I’m here playing in a venue that has kept its original charm but grown in to something pretty special!

Tidy celebrated its 25th Birthday here with 3 arenas featuring 25 years of the Tidy, Tidy Two and Untidy sounds! 

It was a pleasure to open up the Untidy arena and play the first 2 hours before handing over to Jodie, SamTownend & Jon Hemming, before an impromptu b2b2b2b.

Here is the live recording of my less than perfect set filled with nothing but good vibes!! 

Big thanks to everyone that came to say hi from the weekender and threw shapes during my set!

Also thanks to the whole Tidy crew for getting me involved for such a prestigious event at such a legendary venue. 

Also the picture I used for this mix reminds me of when I used to listen to Tidy CDs in my Vauxhall Nova, driving to see the tidy boys play for my first time at the Welly in Hull.

LIVE MIX - Tidy 27th Birthday, Doncaster Warehouse, 2 Hours - 17/09/22

With lyrics that represent the fundamental building blocks of electronic music, Ultra Naté’s ‘Free’ is a vocal that has stood the test of time and consequently become the soundtrack for generations of clubbers. In his 2003 release ‘You’re Free’, Yomanda gave the sample a new lease of life for the hard house scene and now, 20 years later, Zander Club has been tasked with reimagining the track for a new era of electronic music.

Fusing the energy of early 2000s trance with Italo piano vibes, Zander Club brings a new lease of life to the iconic sample whilst capturing the timeless trance sound that has put the producer on the map for the harder, progressive side of modern electronic music.
