Honestly I forgot I was releasing this song today lol. Needless to say it’s been a rough stretch for my creativity in the last year or so. I haven’t made headway on new projects like I thought I would have by now. I haven’t reached as many people as I thought I would. The thought of being irreverent still weighs heavily on me and whether or not my music was good enough or unique enough. The music wasn’t coming to me and the emotions weren’t flowing.

So, I took some drastic personal decisions to try and get back into that frame mind and am currently in the process of writing my first ever ALBUM.

Anyways, this song is actually one of the first ones I ever wrote. The meaning is basically about the fact that I battle with this inner thought of not being enough for myself and not doing enough. At age 29 I feel like I still haven’t figured a lot out and I battle with the thought, “I don’t have much time to figure stuff out”. I know people like me always seem to feel… Younger Than We Are.
